Good organization to work with...

Being a Founder is not just exclusive to the corner office. Rather it’s is a mantle that each and every employee has the power to don. It's not solely about titles or seniority; rather, it's about the mindset and actions we bring to our roles. Leadership at every level of an organization is no less impactful than that which originates from the top of the pyramid.I remember my colleagues and I feeling like Founders during our Citibank and IDBI Bank days in my 20s & 30s. I am sure my ex-colleagues remember innovating products such as Citicheck and On-the-spot ATM card, or re-engineering processes like Auto Checkbooks. And decades later, to this date when I speak to my Citi or IDBI Bank colleageus, we remember the legacy which the Founders of such innovations created. To our younger colleagues, particularly the Millennials, I urge you to recognize the potential of your own leadership. Embrace the responsibility, and take pride in the innovations or transformations you achieve, for it is through such outcomes that you begin to craft your legacy. KPI 2024: 100 % KINDNESS 🙏Setting goals and KPIs at the beginning of the year is one of the most usual and most important (at least in my opinion) tasks. We plan them on individual, team, area, organisation levels - everybody is involved 👌At Danske Bank, we have WHAT and HOW goals. WHAT - direct and additional tasks, HOW - behavioural part, basically, how we reach our WHAT 🚀As a leader, I hear and discuss many goals, starting from better work quality and speed, ending to enhanced teamwork, ownership, feedback, etc. ✈️However, recently, I was inspired by one simple sentence during the presentation by my team member Kristijonas. He presented one interesting case from his direct tasks, emphasizing the importance of teamwork, and finished with the conclusion: "Just BE KIND" 💛That is a good reminder to all of us in the work environment - while creating and adhering to our goals and KPIs, let's not forget the vital one - just BE KIND 💯#danskebankFCRP#danskevoices#danskebank
